The management and owner are really nice and and helpful! The rent is very reasonable and all bills and amenities are included. The lots are a little small but it is a small, cozy little park.

The residents there are all respectful of one another's space and privacy. Even though I'm not too fond of the white rock/gravel street and parking areas, I'm grateful for the owners allowing us to enjoy their beautiful property. Very much appreciated guys. Has a country feel. Always clean, beautifully landscaped, great laundry room and extremely quiet. There is a large green space for kids or pets to play. The park has easy access to all the new restaurants and shopping that are close by in Valley Ranch. Excellent schools and a large library nearby as well. The management is top notch! I recommend it highly. 5++ stars!
